Reads every invoice for you. On your computer.
Vendor, number, date, net amount, VAT and total. In Spanish, Catalan and English, in euros, dollars or pounds. With OCR for scanned invoices. On your computer first; Folyo AI only reads the text of what it can’t work out.

Your password stays on your Mac
With Google or Microsoft you sign in in the browser (OAuth with PKCE) and Folyo never sees your password. If you use IMAP or an app password, it's stored only in your computer's keychain.
In the system keychain
Credentials and sessions are stored in the keychain. No tokens in files or logs.
Your PDFs stay on your computer
Folyo AI only receives limited text: from the email to spot invoices and, when needed, a PDF’s text. Never the file.

We'll only use it to tell you about Folyo's launch. We don't share it with anyone and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
It filters with local rules on your computer first. Only emails that look like invoices go through Folyo AI, as limited text without links. Your PDFs and credentials are never sent, and you can disconnect your email whenever you like.
Gmail and Google Workspace, Outlook and any IMAP account, such as iCloud or Yahoo. You can connect several at once and pause each one.
Folyo follows direct HTTPS links and downloads the PDF. If the invoice only exists in the email's HTML (Riot, Epic Games), it saves it as a searchable A4 PDF.
